1. What is my User ID and Password?
    By default, every Jewelers of America Member has been assigned Username and Password to access the site, details below. Username and Password are always case sensitive. Once you have logged in, you can visit “My Account” to change your Username/password.

    Your Username is the email address JA has on file for you
    Password: you are sent a default password when you first join. We recommend that you change this to something that is easy for you to remember. Passwords must be six characters long.
  2. you have the wrong email address on file for me. How do I update it & Change my username?
    You can update your email address by logging in to your account, with your current login credentials. Once logged in, click on "My Profile" and you can edit your email address in the "About" Tab. You can also contact Member Services at 800-223-0673.

  3. How do I change my password?
    Login to your account with your current credentials, go to "My Profile" and edit your password in the "Password Update" section.

  4. I forgot my Password!
    Your Password will need to be reset. Click here to receive a new temporary password, and then log in to update it to something easier for you to remember.
